Saral Rozgar is one of its kind technology revolutions for India employment needs. It has a registered job seeker base of close to 4 million and reached 1.5 Lac job openings in March 2015. Tech Mahindra has successfully engaged Employers such as Godrej and Boyce, Mahindra Tractors, Mahindra First Choice, Alstom Bharat Forge, Glaxo Smithkline, Gain India, Siesta Hospitality and others. Saral Rozgar has also partnered with the e-governance CSC companies like SREI Sahaj and CMS Computers for expanding the reach to the hinterlands. Partnerships have been extended with the skill development training partners of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), DGET, NIESBUD and IGNOU for engaging the trained youths to the entry level jobs.

Job-seekers can now easily access the service by buying the Saral Rozgar card for Rs. 50 valid for 60 days.and registering through a simple voice call, in the preferred language, by dialing 1860-180-1100 from anywhere in India. We also jobseekers to create their first ever resumes online and therefore, connecting them to potential corporate and mainstream employers.
Saral Rozgar is one of its kind job marketplace which has a user-friendly process to help job seekers connect through job providers without any hassle. A job seeker has two options to register; either through web or through telephone. As Saral Rozgar is exclusively for blue collar workers who are not always connected to the internet, so Saral Rozgar is using telephone as a medium which connects anyone and everyone across India.
